Drop in and boost your meditation practice with a 20 minute group meditation every Tuesday evening.

Just come in without booking and sit with like minded people for a silent meditation.

All courses/drop in are free of charge. Donations welcome.


6.30 - 6.50pm - Meditation

The Drop in is an ideal follow-up to the Jangama Course to establish and deepen a regular personal practice. It is also suitable as an introduction for those new to meditation.
