Meditation Retreats UK 2017
September 8th to 10th, Berkshire
A retreat is a beautiful way to take a break from the routine of daily life, and give ourselves an extended period of time to practice meditation. The opportunity to practise prolonged periods of meditation and be in a peaceful atmosphere with like-minded people can give a huge positive effect on our state of mind. A retreat enables us to come back to our daily lives peaceful and re-energized and can boost our own practice.
These retreats give the rare
opportunity to listen and ask questions LIVE to the Meditation Master,
Shiva Rudra Balayogi (Babaji) via internet.
He is a Master based in India who has achieved the very highest state of the mind, Self-Realisation. It is his knowledge and direct experience of the mind which has informed all the content of our courses; to be in the presence of such a Master can be an invaluable and inspiring experience.
We warmly welcome all those who have attended our courses or are interested in meditation.

Some testimonials from last year's Cold Ash retreat
"I think it's so important to switch off because we always want that peace. Coming here for the retreat, it just made me feel in touch with that peace that I wanted earlier."
"It was nice to be able to access Babaji even though we didn't travel to India, but it was very nice to have that connection on the large screen and to have our questions answered."
"It takes your meditation to a deeper level, to be able to meditate for a whole weekend and really focus on the meditation without the usual distractions of life."
