Meditation Retreats on Saturday

Saturday retreats are held at various locations in London.

Once you have attended our courses over the few weeks, we encourage you to attend some Saturday retreats for longer meditation practice.

These retreats are wonderful opportunities to get away from the daily worldly duties and spend time in a conducive meditative atmosphere amongst like-minded people. You will find that a retreat will allow you to go deeper in meditation, and help establish a more solid foundation.

People are welcome to come to all or part of a retreat. All retreats are free of charge. Donations welcome.

Afternoon meditation 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Doors open 1:45pm. No entry after 2.00pm.

Half-day retreat 1.00pm – 6.00pm

There is a 15 minute break between meditations
to allow people time to arrive.
