Tuesdays Group Meditation, 7:00pm

Due to current circumstances the Tuesday group meditation will be held online.

Boost your meditation practice with a 30 minute or 60 minute group meditation every Tuesday evening.

No need to book, just come and join with like-minded people for a silent meditation.

Schedule

7.00 – 7.15pm: Recorded talk by Shri Babaji

7.15 – 7.30pm: Discussion on meditation & teachings

7.30 – 8.00/8.30pm: 30/60 minute meditation*

8.30 – 8.45pm: Any questions.

8.45- 8.55pm: Arati and End

*The meditation will have a bell sound half-way through for those that want to leave after 30 minutes.
