Tuesdays in Covent Garden

 

Boost your meditation practice with a 20 minute or 60 minute group meditation every Tuesday evening.

No need to book, just come and sit with like minded people for a silent meditation. You are welcome to attend any part or all of the schedule.

 

 

Schedule

No entry during any meditation session or after 7.15pm.

6.30 – 6.50pm: 20 minute meditation

7.00 – 7.20pm: Recorded talk by Shri Babaji

7.25 – 8.25pm: 60 minute meditation

8.30 – 9.00pm: Tea and discussion on meditation & teachings

9.00 – 9.15pm: Arati and End.

 

Participants can leave at anytime during a meditation, but if you can stay for the full duration of a meditation session, it will also help with improving your practice.
