What is meditation?

Meditation is the ancient practice to train the mind and bring it back under our control. Through this simple technique we can purify the mind of it’s wrong habits and become the best version of ourselves. Inner contentment, mental focus and freedom from tension and stress are just some of the amazing benefits we can gain if we can adopt the right technique and practice regularly.

Our inspiration

Shiva Rudra Balayogi (Babaji) is a Self-Realised Yogi, one who has achieved mastery over the mind through a lifetime of meditation and spiritual practice. His teachings are simple, practical and from direct experience of the truth. They go right to the core of what we are all looking for; genuine peace and happiness.

All courses are led by volunteers who have been trained and guided by Babaji.
