Group Meditation - Tuesday evening in central London

Group Meditation is an ideal follow-up to the Jangama Course to establish and deepen a regular personal practice. It is also suitable as an introduction for those new to meditation.

Boost your meditation practice with a 20 minute or 60 minute group meditation every Tuesday evening.

Just come in without booking and sit with like minded people for a silent meditation. You are welcome to attend any part or all of the schedule.

All courses/group meditations are free of charge. Donations welcome.


No entry during any meditation session or after 7.15pm.

6.30 - 6.50pm: 20 minute meditation

7.00 - 7.20pm: Recorded talk by Shri Babaji

7.25 - 8.25pm: 60 minute meditation

8.30 - 9.00pm: Tea and discussion on meditation & teachings

9.00 - 9.15pm: Arati and End.

Participants can leave at anytime during a meditation, but if you can stay for the full duration of a meditation session, it will also help with improving your practice.
